All of our products carry one-year limited hardware warranty, which assures customers that the products will conform to their published specifications and will be free from factory defects since the delivery and for a period of one year thereafter.
We will be willing to repair or replace the defectives. But customers will pay for the fee of returning the defectives to KYOS, and KYOS will pay for the fee of sending the replacements. As for distributors, please aggregate defectives to 10 units or more before exchanging.
However, any man-made damages or lighting damage to the products are excluded to warranty and return policy, and customers will be required to pay for the repair and delivery expense.
